We want you to be completely satisfied with your LifeStraw gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any filters or purifiers that have been primed or used are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original product packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
